Konzularni dani u organizaciji Veleposlanstva Republike Hrvatske u Kanadi održat će se prema sljedećem rasporedu:
Calgary – četvrtak, 4. rujna 2025. u prostorijama Hrvatsko kanadskog kulturnog centra, 3010 12th Street NE, Calgary, Alberta.
Edmonton, petak, 5. rujna 2025. u župnom uredu Hrvatske Katoličke Crkve Mala Gospa, 10560 98 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
Vancouver, subota, 6. rujna 2025. i nedjelja, 7. rujna 2025. u prostorijama Konzulata Republike Hrvatske, 720 Robson Street, 5. kat, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Za konzularni sastanak potrebno je unaprijed dogovoriti termin i dobiti potrebne obrasce i upute, putem e-maila con.ottawa@mvep.hr.
Termin je moguće zakazati u razdoblju od 23. srpnja - 26. kolovoza 2025. po principu tko se prvi javi, prvi će biti uslužen.
Stranke bez zakazanog termina i ispravno pripremljenih isprava nećemo moći primiti.
Ukoliko Vaši dokument/i moraju posjedovati Apostille pečat, potrebno je i Apostille pečat prevesti na hrvatski jezik.
Molimo da na sastanak dođete u točno vrijeme, anajranije 5 minuta prije zakazanog termina

The consular days organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Canada will be scheduled in September 2025 as follows:
Calgary, Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Croatian Canadian Cultural Centre, 3010 12th Street NE, Calgary, Alberta.
Edmonton, Friday, September 5, 2025, at the Nativity of Mary Croatian Catholic Church at the address 10560 98 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
Vancouver, Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7, at the Consulate of the Republic of Croatia, 720 Robson Street, 5th floor, Vancouver, British Columbia.
To schedule a consular appointment, please email the Croatian Embassy in Ottawa atcon.ottawa@mvep.hr .
You can book the appointment from July 23 until August 26, 2025, on a first-come first-served basis.
The Consul will receive only the clients with scheduled appointments and well-prepared documents.
If your documents require an Apostille stamp, note that the Apostille stamp also has to be translated into Croatian.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
