In our parish community we have different teams, which need new members. Our parish depends solely on the volunteer work of our members. Some teams have joint actions, some join forces, some have rehearsals, while some teams function on an annual or semi-annual basis. Each team has its own leader, who makes schedules or agrees on new projects. Within some teams (like the cooking team) there are several 'subgroups' which again have their own leaders, and sometimes a group of people apply to have their own group. In some teams there are rules, like with readers, where a reading schedule is made for a certain Sunday, and they communicate within their WhatsApp group.
