Please be advised, weather permitting, On July 2, 2025 The full roadway re-
Construction on 98th Street (from 105th Avenue to 106th Avenue) will commence.
The highlighted area will be OFF-LIMITS to driveway and vehicle access during this closure.
We are required to seal the roadway fully in this area to rebuild the base structure.
Please have your vehicles removed from your street and front driveways prior to
July 2, 2025.
On street parking will be permitted until the end of the day, July 1, 2025, and sidewalk access to your home will remain open during your road reconstruction.
We will reopen your driveway access once gravel is placed.
Expect the closure to last until July 8, 2025, depending on weather, but we will do
our very best to have your access reopened as quickly as possible.
Pedestrian sidewalk traffic will be open during road construction, but please be
aware of equipment and open excavations.
We will do everything in our power to keep this process as brief as possible
but please understand the Safety measures required and be patient with us during
this time.
